Why does green technology need design management?

Bringing a technology into a product means asking whose problem it solves, how it will be used and under what conditions adoption makes sense. Our interest extends from materials and functions to needs, manufacturing conditions and product development.

We advocate discussing environmental goals at the concept stage and aligning research, design and business around a shared question: how does this technology create value that people can understand and use?

This is a design perspective. The related systematic review provides background; this note does not report new empirical findings.

一项技术进入产品，需要明确它解决谁的问题、如何使用，以及在什么条件下值得采用。我们关注的不只是材料或功能的替换，也包括需求、制造条件和产品发展路径。
